Skilled,
Certified Medical Technologists, Physical Therapists, Occupational
Therapists, and Nurses are all in very short supply. And
this is not going to, magically, get better within the next
year.
•
Take a long view; we can recruit INTERNATIONALLY
for you for these positions.
• Sometimes AAT can find suitable Canadian candidates.
Once they have their Visa Screen, their work Visas (TN variety)
are quick and easy to obtain and can be renewed annually.
However, there are fewer Canadians available than was true
a few years ago.
• AAT’s current strategy is to recruit in the
Philippines, for Nurses, Physical Therapists and
Occupational Therapists. They are well trained,
eager to come to the States and historically have worked
out well.
• Nurses must come in on a regular Immigration Visa
(green card). PT’s and OT’s qualify for H-1B
Visas. In either case the prospective employer must sponsor
the worker.
• We will provide you with Resumes and then with Video-teleconferencing
interviews with the candidates of your choice.
• We will do the necessary paperwork.
The
sooner you give us an order, the sooner you will have your
Nurse, PT, or OT aboard.
